** Kind Staff ** ** Clean Kiosk ** I've been stopping by this stand for years. It's not always the best but I get that much needed dose of caffeine while traveling. This trip I picked up a Freddo Greco, one of my favourites and a ham and cheese croissant, looked promising. They started by making the wrong coffee, I'm not mad and super patient. My Freddo was kinda lack luster, I've definitely had better. The croissant I asked to be warmed up but was still cool to the touch around the outside and unevenly warm inside, not sure how this is accomplished. I may be headed to the rival that popped open around the corner in the future. It was never great here, I don't expect it to always be but was unpleasant this time around.

Surprisingly good chicken empanadas. 2 for $11. Kinda pricey but tastes good. The chai tea latte is on point too. Overall spent $16. Which is A LOT for 1 drink and 2 empanadas but at least it wasnt disappointing. They were out of certain sandwiches like the egg and cheese but no big deal. The cashier guy was really friendly. He helped me pick another menu item and he was right about the chicken empanadas being really good. Flavors burst thru.

Our flight to Orlando got diverted to Tampa due to inclement weather. Upon landing at Tampa, it was already late. All good options were already closed. Even though illy cafe was getting ready to shutdown, seeing the influx of customers stranded, they decided to delay their close and serve us whatever food was available. Thank you. Not sure when we will get to Orlando. Not sure where we would grab food once we get there. So thank you for your service this evening. To add, the folks keeping the store open were extremely nice and patient with all the customers.

Don't have any of the food they advertise having. Completely forgot to make my coffee despite being one of three orders in a 5 minute span. Pastries served cold and stale.
