Ordered a coffee. Had hair in it. Mgr refused refund or to remake it. Full of attitude. This place needs grade F sanitation and new staff.

Extremely busy at certain hours because it's Starbucks and on campus, so if you avoid those times it's usually much better. Most of the workers are really nice, but my only complaint is that since they are so busy at times, the staff tend to mess up orders pretty often and don't have time to fix it

Looooooooove the cold brew, but the Nitro is better! It’s also cold brew but with a zip of nitro - almost like a beer but coffee.

Always giant queues, takes years to get your coffee. Expect a 15-20m wait, easier to walk to the nearest Starbucks on Kennedy Blvd. this location needs more staff, because current staff is working too hard with the amount of clients. Beautiful sitting area but mostly never empty.
