Avoid this Chase if possible. There is always a wait and staff tells you incorrect things that cause weeks delay in processing. Nirmala the assistant VP of the branch, told us she would call us when our request was processed and she never did. When we followed up she told us she had forgot, but that the next appointment available was a week away. You would think since it was multiple mistakes on their end they would prioritize our appointments but that’s clearly not the case.

Worse staff ever. Worst bank ever. My chase acc was hacked and 18k was stolen from me and the staff and chase itself are not helpful.

Lozada assisted me, he was very attentive, professional, he gave me excellent recommendations such as warnings with my account, he was very helpful in the process my application. Exceeded my expectations, excellent service, kindness and patience to explain.
