Meal preparation for Steaks are cooked as per order request, rare, well done etc. with sides; As well as numerous other menu options and beverage selection.

Ordered carry out at 515pm on Saturday night (every steak house is crazy busy, and Longhorn is no different). Someone named Mariah took my order (she was very polite and informative) and she said 10-15 min. Not only did they get me my food in under 15 min with a line waiting to sit and eat out the door, everything I ordered was perfect! I couldn't have made a better meal in my own kitchen! This staff runs like a well oiled machine, and the kitchen staff made me the best meal I've had in my 5 months in Bis/Man. Well done

Updating my review as it's been over a year since I last was at longhorn in Bismarck. My experience was okay. Service was slow, yet there were plenty of staff standing around. We got the same thing we got last time we were here which was the seven peppered steak. The greens were really bitter, and the meat was not cooked to what I said to cook it at. It also took forever to come out. Probably will not be going back for another year, was not impressed.

I want it stated first that we were there on a Friday night which might be the reason it's not getting five stars. As you can see from the picture, the salad looked like it was slopped together in three seconds but it tasted fine. The steak was excellent and the baked yam was a divine sugar bomb. I was also shocked when the server took our credit card away to run it through. We're from Canada and we never let our credit/debit cards out of sight and this was unnerving. It's happened now a few times in the States so I'm guessing this is how it's done down here.
