Can be a great experience but it depends on the serving staff. Had a great experience in 2020, returned a year later only to be checked on twice, and it took two and a half hours to get our food, which was cold. Only offered 1 round of drinks the entire time as well. Found out why. Walked by to use restroom and multiple waitresses were flirting and partying with a larger group in the back.

I was here for a group meeting so limited menu but the Prime Rib was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Seasoned well to have a good addition to flavor but not overpower the wonderful meat they serve. I will be returning to try their full menu ( a few times for sure). Location is almost a little tricky to find. The decor is very nice and makes it feel comfortable. Excellent wait staff. Can't wait to go back.

We left hungry… Not the best experience. Went in for a table, 6:25. Wait was 25 minutes. When we were back for the reservation, we waited 13 minutes before being acknowledged (7:03). No host visible. Seemed like servers were all over the place. Hosting, serving and everything in between. Each group was greeted one by one, with the person greeting leaving after acknowledging only the one group. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, because many places are short staffed. Got our drinks and ordered an appetizer. Got the appetizer then ordered the food. 1 hour 45 minutes (8:45) into our experience we could no longer wait for our food or drinks. Our server was MIA for a very long time. When we went to just grab our bill to leave our server magically showed up…paid the bill and he did not have to comp our food, so I am guessing it was never ordered. We were not offered any compensation for the VERY long wait…which would have turned into longer if we would have said and the food wasn’t ordered. Server apologized about our 2nd round of drinks taking so long because he was busy with a group of 15 (which was not in our room of the restaurant). I have been in the service industry for a very long time. I get things are wonky. I still tipped 20%. Yet. I didn’t get my meal. Set up and systems of this place are very poor. I am also disappointed we were not compensated ANYTHING for the inconvenience. If you can’t handle the people coming in, turn them away…just saying.
