Moving over here was a smooth process (thanks to Cara and Kassandra!) and all the staff here are so friendly. Never got to use the Amazon lockers (yet) but picking up my mail from José is just as easy. All the amenities: yoga room, indoor gym, outdoor pool and grill stations, a cafe and restaurant are all great and impossible to not take advantage of. Whenever we have a question, Tenzin at the front desk is always so helpful. Thank you Urby for creating such a wonderful community!

I was one of the first residents of Urby. The staffs here are really great. The sink in my kitchen was clogged yesterday and Edgar Andres Estrella came to fix it today, who was very patient and skilled. I also would like to say a special thank you to Jose from our package room. Besides SpongeBob (from SpongeBob SquarePants), I've never seen anyone else love their job so much. His smile and spirit made my day, many times. As an introvert, what attracts me most about Urby is not the variety of events, but the professional and cordial staffs. No matter how beautiful the view or how cutting-edge technology is, there are better options, but it's hard to find another building that also has so many great employees. That's why it's hard for me to move. Thank you Urby, and hope you could always keep these good people in your group.

Out of everyone in management, Zach S was the most responsive and helpful. He shows amazing professionalism and I appreciate the help he offered us. With management, it was a hit or miss - where some would completely ignore my emails or get defensive during communication. However, Zach responded in a timely manner and was able to resolve all my issues.
