Ordered a few parts for my boyfriends AMG for his birthday and called to see the lead time for shipping about 20 minutes after placing the order and they said it was already getting packaged and about to be sent out! The guy on the phone was super nice and gave me some information about the luminous paddle shifters I got. Really appreciate how quickly they got it out! Thanks again and will definitely be ordering more parts for the AMG in the future!

Products Purchased - "CF" Grill + "CF" Eyebrows, TS-Style "CF" hood and Fenders with "CF" Inserts I was reached out by the owner to delete my review since I did not give 5 stars. . . This vendor does not care about its customers or returning business. Hence asking me to delete my honest product review "because it will lower my average" . . Rather than fix broken business practices he tried to manipulate his customer reviews. Will not and will never do business again. Recently gave away the parts purchased to a buddy who need parts due to a car accident. I refuse to support a business like this.

I took delivery of some carbon aero pieces from Thomas. 10/10 customer service. I might as well have been getting a manicure and pedicure with that kind of customer service!

We had a little mix up in the original purchased but they totally took care of everything. So I originally ordered takd carbon fenders for my audi s3 and they turned out to be for rs3, no biggie, so I asked if I could send them back for the karbel carbon fenders for the s3, even though they knew I had to trim some of the takd fenders to try to fit, he still agreed to switch them out. So I was communicating with Thomas through this all, and he stated that it's the last set and he didn't want to risk sending them through ups, and said he would personally deliver them to me. Sure enough Thomas pulled up yesterday from new jersey all the way to Wisconsin to personally deliver them to me. Now that is customer service for real lol.
