MANAGER NO COMPASSION FOR AUTISTIC CHILDREN! Absolutely disgusted with this store, had my husband and son with me and came into store to get some ice cream SEPARATELY. Our son is austisic and was walking around while I went to retrieve the ice cream cone. I noticed they were out and asked the lady if they had backup which they did not; no huge issue do you mind if we use a cup he just wants a swirl and has exact change to pay; the attendant replies, "yes" which I was very grateful for. From behind I hear someone who I can't identify say it's still going to be the same price as a cup in which I clarify and say a cone is . .. and a cup is ... THE PRICE IS NOT THE ISSUE WHEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO an autistic child who is 3 who saved up so HE COULD pay for it.. the unidentified manager has no compassion and we had already been told yes. WAS NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE WASNT OVER FILLING OR ANYTHING BUT SHE JUST COULDNT WORK WITH US ! Has no compassion and thought this was funny as my frustration spilled out into tears once into car... I hope she doesn't experience this lack of compassion from ppl concerning her child.

I visit literally EVERY Racetrac in Northeast Florida while working and THIS location has the MOST problems of ALL the stores. Their soft drinks don't even taste like the intended soda since their CO² is always miscalculated or leaking. The bottle soda tastes like actual soda for $3 a bottle. Want ice cream or drinks on a Sunday afternoon or evening? Don't go to this store because they always shut down the ice cream absurdly early on Sundays for "cleaning" and it seems like every other WEEK they're out of sodas and C0² due to a leaky hose. This leaking hose has been an issue for months now so I don't understand how a major corporation can't just FIX the problem instead of just ignoring it and going without drinks for literally DAYS at a time waiting to fill their C0² tank. Then it's only 1½ weeks later they're out of C0² and drinks YET AGAIN because it all leaked out. And this store wonders why it's hemorrhaging money...

Gordon, the manager, understands customer service. It being a hot Jacksonville. The store was having problems with chocolate yogurt swirl in cones. I then try to get ice. One of cubed ice were stuck. He let me have ice in my cup & yogurt cone for free!

To whom it may concern. Several occasions we have visited this location with issue after issue. Not only bathroom maintenance but also safety issue as well. Employees locking the side door which is an emergency exit and should remain open at all times. Bathroom quality is poor and unclean. Employees following customers around and having inappropriate conversations about them. By law there should be 2 exits and entrances. A main exit and an emergency exit in case a fire or an emergency for customers. I'm tired of hearing Employees say they lock the door because people come in on the side and are stealing. That's why your company has cameras. The Employees are unprofessional and address the customers in an unprofessional manner. At one point this same location had lights on the outside at the pump and building turned off, another safety hazard. One violation after the next. If it's not busy, employees should be cleaning restrooms and maintaining the store, then maybe no one would need to lock doors for fear of theft. If people are stealing, call the police on them. Nine times out of ten they will return. This is a business and your employees should make sure it is ran like a business.
