I went to look at a place to buy in the community today. The area was quiet the terrace is big and the French doors were lovely. Apparently the roach problem was never addressed or fixed. The unit I looked at was empty but had two large roaches half dead. If the unit is closed and vacant how did they get in? Also there are no laundry hook ups in the condo itself. You must go onsite to use a washer or dryer.

I am a Condo owner here, HOA here is horrible, CAM Team is the Management team here. Very unprofessional, they will always have an excuse for anything reported. They seem to have preferences with certain areas of the property. Some buildings have assigned Parking and others don’t. They say that the reason is bcs there aren’t enough parking spots for the amount of tenants/units. Go figure. Big regret to have purchased here. The only responsible person on premises is the Maintenance guy Reggie he is always helpful. And you always spot him around doing work 7 days a week.

I have been here for going on 6 years. There is "promise" of indoor pool, outdoor pool, small gym, ect. BUT since I've been here I've been only able to use the indoor pool a handful of times, and never the outdoor pool. There is always an excuse and it tends to be "we dont know why it isnt available" and nothing ever gets fixed. The "gym" is a joke. The equipment is hardly functional. The only people in this gated community that work are the amazing handyman and grounds keeper. Also sometimes the HOA people when they want to fine you or tow your car because they deem it an "eyesore". Cars get broken into here, even though it is a gated community. If you ever wanted to live here, some advice from me: don't.
