Service was horrible. We had only 3 people at our table, got seated, waitress took our order, then several minutes later a woman with 8 kids sat next to us. A little time later, we looked over and realized the table with 9 people already had their food. After observing this it still took another 15 minutes for us to get our food. On top of that, our order was missing simple add-ons we asked for. The best our waitress offered us was a "sorry about the bad service". Food orders should be taken care of in the order they're received, not according to table size. How can you justify bumping people's orders and making them wait longer, especially when other parties arrive AFTER their order was already in? This is not the first time at this B-Dubs and a couple others I've been to that this has happened. Think I'll stick with Wings & Rings from now on.
