Requested a deep vacuum, wipe down on the inside, washing on the outside that include tire cleaning, waxing, and a buff service. The inside was perfect. The outside was not up to par. When I received my car, there was wax left all over the car, sap was still on my glass, and the rims did not look like they were touched. I called for them to redo the work on the outside. I specifically requested a certain individual not to work on my car due to their past work. The day I scheduled for my car to be reworked, the individual I requested not to detail my car, was the only buffer person there. So I did not get my car rebuffed. Instead of the owners calling and trying to work things out, they thought it was acceptable for me to pay for a service I did not received properly. A few days later, after calling them more than once, I was able to get $50 back. The total cost $319 plus tax and tip. The services wasn’t worth a total of $375. Very disappointing considering I went off of reviews. I won’t go back.

My car looks wonderful. It's ten years old now and I've never had it detailed, but just an occasional drive-thru wash. What a difference it made! I'd recently had leaking from my sunroof and the car was a mess. The guys made every surface shine and I feel like I'm driving a new car. I definitely will use this company again! Thanks, guys!
