Why have your hours online say you are open for business til 10 pm if at 9:00 your store is completely locked down !!! Show your real operation hours jeez people,gas isn't cheap for anyone right now!!!!

On the 29th of July 2022 my wife and myself drove 45 min to shop at this store , checking the website before making the drive , after arriving at 830 pm thinking we would have an hour and a half in which to shop , upon arriving we notice a dark parking lot with only one car parked way off in a corner ,my wife went to check if the door was open and noticed the operating hours listed on the door were totally different than on this website upon entering the two ladies working seemed to be preoccupied on getting floors cleaned up rather than helping out any customer , after about 15 minutes of shopping we were notified , by a screaming woman that the time was 855 and we have 5 min to make our final selections and make our way to the check-out , another customer made a comment on the website stating open til 10 pm then the employee told her the website had been incorrect for a long time , now I love shoe Dept and do intend on shopping at other shoe Dept but I will never go to this location again to do any shopping due to #1 rule in business is to not and run you’re paying customers out of you’re store due to having to stay open another 30 min and to notify corporate about the hours of operation being wrong and making sure the correct times or clearly stated ,on door as well as website ,these employees only learn how to run the store based upon prior teachings of former managers I assume , they may need more training in dealing with public
