We took our dogs there and were very unimpressed with the customer service level. The gentlemen that boards the dogs was not customer service friendly, did not smile, and was even argumentative. Obviously for all us dog owners who love their dogs we want to be with a place that really cares and this place did not meet those expectations!!

My dog recently spent 5 nights at PawStars and had a great time. I live out of town, and needed to book somewhere local while I was on a cruise, so I was relieved to find PawStars still had space and was reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again if I’m ever in Jacksonville, from what I can tell they took great care of my dog.

I can't say enough great things about Pawstars! My dogs have been coming here for years and Tom always cares for them like they are his own. My dogs get super excited to come here. All I have to say is Pawstars and they start running towards their leashes! Highly recommend if you want an exhausted pupper at the end of a long work day.

I did 37.00 a day for 3 days .a bit much I put up on the 3rd day. All was well
No, but you can adopt a dog from Animal Care & Protective Services, which is on Forest Street in Riverside. Once you adopt a dog, you can bring your dog to PawStars for doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming 😊
It is $37 a night but Tom has discounted packages for boarding multiple nights
I would call and speak with Tom. I know they were holding puppy classes every Saturday, but not sure if that's changed. Mine are no longer puppies :-)
