I've trying to hold off writing a review but I'm at a point where If Management is Nasty , Rude , No Customer Service Skills at all !! I've had enough !! As a Valued Customer who spends money here all the time! (She Is Not Humble at all ) ! There is No Changing Room so everything has to be purchased / Returned in a timely manner or you only get a credit!! Store overcrowded !! Yes it's a great place to get cheap items you get what you pay for !!

The plus size section is becoming extinct at this point. I'm glad the plus size section is no longer just floral garments, which was tacky and annoying. The store could stand to improve the plus size section some, especially with professional attire (mainly because this store and Torrid 😒, are the only plus size stores in the area).

I was just in your located in Middletown NY and I was very unhappy with the rudeness from the cashier. Online it says that the store closes at 9:30 pm and at 6:30 the cashier yells out store is closing and to pick your items quicker.
