I like to start with a big THANK YOU to everyone at The Home Depot of Mckinney. Everyone was professional and extremely friendly. What a pleasure working with Sheila Clark, she helped me pick the perfect pantry door for my home. She's very knowledgeable, passionate, and personable when it came to explaining everything. Sheila provided a wealth of knowledge about the doors/ installation and was able to answer all my questions. I'm so happy I made the right choice and chose to work with The Home Depot of Mckinney. I feel like I need to give credit where credit's due to a Home Depot Pro rep named Maria Ramos. I will say that it has been hard to get good help at Home Depot lately for one reason or another but home Depot being a respected brand you Can only hope to go there and find people that willing to help or better yet have a least a decent attitude. I've had some really poor experiences lately and I don't ask for help very much at all but Maria Ramos in Pro accounts changed my whole experience around from the time that I called in to helping me with questions and orders. I'm really glad that I finally Connected with someone that did not hang up on me or act like I was bothering them for requesting a helping hand. Like I said without my experiences have been lately at the different Home depots I just want to throw a shout out. Thank you to Maria. Thank you thank you Maria. Possibly the nicest, best Home Depot in the metroplex- they have everything. The staff are super nice and know ever things are! They will help you with your project and provide installation and delivery services. But alive and beyond that, they remember your name, I’ve been coming to this HD for 10 years now, and they allow you to bring in your dog! This is the place to get anything for home or construction projects.

My first visit at this location. I was not able to get everything I needed at the Plano location, so I came here to try to complete my list of things I needed. First off, I think this location is one of the nicest, cleanest locations I’ve been to here in McKinney, Frisco, and Plano. After walking in, I could instantly notice the difference from the other stores in the area. Just felt very fresh to me. I walked around the store searching for my isle, it took me a little while to find it. Unfortunately, staff members walked past me multiple times, but no one ever came to offer me any assistance. This was the only down side to my visit. Some of the staff members looked like they really couldn’t be bothered with a customer, so I didn’t even bother asking anyone for help. Eventually, I found what I needed on my own, but they didn’t have the full quantities I needed, so I had to head over to another location to try to finish getting the quantities I needed. Overall, I was impressed with how bright and clean the store was, service however, needs to work on being open to assist customers.
