I don't understand why there's so many low stars here. This place is great! We just moved from Vermont and we've had such a pleasant experience with Regions. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. I want to especially mention Penny for going above and beyond! We've been to her twice now and she is so sweet and accommodating. Her customer service skills are exactly what you want in an employee. I've been going to this bank since 2006. Pam was my #1 go to. Ever since she retired and all these Spanish people took over they dont understand me and roll there eyes up at me. So rude.
