Alex K and the team at Toyota of Plano were terrific to work with. Even with limited availability on cars and delays with getting them Alex worked very hard to find us the right car and got us exactly what we were looking for. We made the mistake of starting at a different Toyota dealership. We had a terrible experience at that other Toyota dealership and we’re a little apprehensive to give Toyota of Plano a shot. Just make it easy on yourself, start with Toyota of Plano and they’ll make it a fun and easy experience for you. We could not be happier with our decision to buy at Toyota of Plano and would highly recommend them to anyone. As for Alex, he was great to work with. Ask for him and you won’t regret it. Shout out to KC in financing as well. He was super easy and great to work with, communicated exceptionally well while we were waiting for the car to arrive and made the actual purchase even easier than we had hoped for. Overall a great team they have there and a great car buying experience for us.

While it's a unique time to purchase a new vehicle, the experience with Toyota of Plano made it very enjoyable. Our buying experience was honest, fair, transparent, and without high-pressure tactics.
