$1200 fridge went up before warranty ended. Problem with ice maker pursued. John and his crew did everything in their power to avoid honoring any warranty or replacement. Home Depot Amazon has better return policy and customer support. These aren't the good old days where you get better appliances from the appliance store vs big box stores. These guys sell junk too.

The microwave quit working in our rental condo. We were booked solid for another month, but no microwave. Big problem!! I called John.
