Went to this gym while on vacation and it was awesome. Going to Nautilus by the Sea is like taking a time machine back into the '80s when Nautilus first released their circuit equipment. The equipment is in perfect condition too. Excellent selection of all types of cardio equipment as well.Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend if in town for a few days.

Visiting NSB for a month and planning a monthly membership. What name is the equipment, Technogym or Pre-Cor or other?. What heart monitor bands are compatible with equipment?

Most of the equipment is old Nautilus. I don't know if any of the treadmills or ellipticals have external connectivity capabilities, but I can't swear to it. Sorry.

They do have daily and weekly rates for short term usage.

Do you have to take a class or can you use equipment on your own? Do you have stationary bikes?
