For the last year i have had nothing but issues with my deliveries from this hub. I have multiple cases open with ups. Every package that comes in to them gets delayed for address correction. Makes no sense same address for 25 years. No one else has this issue. Then usually they relabel my package with same address and gets delivered late. On a few occasions they have delivered to a completely wrong address they have put on it. Then i have to track it down and go get it. They also claim they have tried to deliver it within minutes of address correction and facility processing. Huh your drivers can make it 20 miles down the road and attempt delivery within minutes ? I have 3 cameras on my house and its sad i have to use them to prove to ups they did not attempt to deliver. No one at UPS cares nor do they want to fix what ever internal issue they are having. Update 8/19/2022. Still having problems and today they delivered my package somewhere in phoenix. Customer service is horrible. No help no package. Will be reporting to bbb

I had my package sent overnight and paid a lot extra for the size of it. It never came even though it said it was out for delivery. It never arrived, now the next day it only says on its way wich is a step backwards. I sent direct messages in Facebook and Twitter, also on ups ask. Because every complaint on Google they get the same automated message, to message directly. Well I did that and it doesn't do anything. You just get the run around and no one knows nothing and they say they can't get a hold of the hub. That's hard to believe now a days where communication is so easy in so many different ways. Ups must be doing things like they did 20 years ago or more. When I did messages no one seems to really care, I get the vibe that we are the problem and we are just in the way. Supposedly we are to wait a couple of days or more then make a claim. If a package is lost or damaged why can't they just let us know so we can move on. Sometimes if we don't get a priority package it affects our lives in a bad way, but this hub does not seem to care it's all just a bunch of boxes and packages. I just wonder if an improvement can be made on a communication system with all the technology available?

Call UPS and they will tell you if you are elegible for REHIRE. If you quit with good reason there should not be a problem.
Not sure about the email address, but they would be able to tell you that information at the location. You can also hand write a shipping label.

No. I believe the customer counter here closes at 5 or 6.
I'm pretty sure you can still get help on Saturday with the after hours button but I'm not 100% sure. Sunday is a no go though for sure.
