It was great…I was able to take my little cousin for her first time here. How come y’all don’t do the zombie Thriller dance outside anymore?? It was pretty great but the reason why I gave you only 4 stars was because y’all really gotta chill out with the fog machine, I couldn’t stop chocking, I was struggling to breath the whole time, even 3 of the jump scare actors had to break character because they got concerned and asked me if I wanted to tap out but as you know I never tap out.

The best time yet. We have been going for over 4 years. Thank you so much

Best haunted house in Phoenix! Looks like Hollywood sets that you get to walk through. But I do wish they had a cohesive story. They have you walk from a sea to a mad lab to a house, etc. Nothing flows Warning spoilers ahead: In my opinion it should go elevator (with more light) to mental hospital, to mad scientist lab, to graveyard, to church, then garden, to house, to lake, then pirate ship/sea monster, to cave, to Egypt ruins, then to apocalypse. I am probably missing a few set locations but you get the idea.

What's the point if buying a ticket for a certain time if you will be stuck in the line for 2 + hours? And totally NOT Worth it. Not scary at all
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
You can buy them separately and just show up. The only time you have to buy them all together is if your group is 15 or more. Then they have group pricing, 10 - 50% off per ticket.
At costco you can get two tickets for $54 which makes them about $28 a ticket.
I would wait till next year went yesterday and took a large group and payed over $520 for tickets and walked thru in 15min and never got scared heard good things about it but mabey to this covid thing was a two out of ten...total waste of money
Yes i was happy with the experience
Yes. Thirteeth floor is open Saturday and you can go on computer either on your phone or a computer type in thirteeth floor and it will bring up the dates snd times they are open :)
Ive seen someone in a wheelchair there before. Im sure you will
It's all a surprise, not giving away the fun!
The ticket prices can be found here: https://www.tixr.com/groups/13thflooraz/events/13th-floor-phoenix-9-28-9624 Tickets can be purchased online or at the venue on open nights
Young teenagers are the youngest that would be able to handle this type of entertainment.
Nope, it really doesn't matter the time. You will get stuck on a huge waiting line anyways. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT and I will say it again DO NOT spend the extra $$ on the options about fast pass or skip the line. NOT worth it
Trust the website
Not that I recall
We just went and most people were not wearing masks.
You can purchase tickets on site, and you do not need to show id.
No. Because we're operating under limited copacity, we are only able to serve so many people in each time span. However, if you'd like to contact customer service they can work with you to get tickets for your preferred time.
No, they cannot. Too much of a liability. I did have one accidently bump me when he was running by during a scene. No big deal for me, but good to be aware that accidents can happen.
It does say on the website. It just depends on the date that you choose and what type of ticket you would like (such as general, fast pass, ect.). If you click on the date you'd like to go it'll give you the ticket price per type of ticket on that day.
Yes. It doesnt take long to buy a ticket. The lines are long for acrually getting into the building. Fast passes work very well. Bought everything online but either way works.
Only for the special event after the season, there is no waiver for the normal season nights
No you do not need to be over 18. Parental judgement on weather or not a young child would have fun is all that is expectes
I believe so. You can check their site or maybe social media
They do not offer refunds amd they make it very clear on their website when you buy tickets that there is no refund.
Closes at 11pm tonight
They will let you out, they have doors throughout and will escort you.
They will be open every day till Halloween then they will be open November 3rd for the Blackout
No
Pretty sure, same company
I would contact them right away. Whoever you got them through should either have a number or email to contact them. If you cant get anywhere definitely call your credit card company and cancel the payment.
here's a list of haunted houses for Phoenix for 2018 https://m.yelp.com/search?cflt=hauntedhouses&find_loc=Phoenix%2C+AZ
Don't go it's that easy. Long answer: no
Depends on how fast you walk or run through...lol 😉 Average is 25-30 mins for both.
No one under 12
Starts at 7 pm. A haunted house during the day isn't gonna scare anyone
Yes. Certain areas i couldnt go through but they just have you wait for your party and you continue on. Not very many spots you cant go through
The bridge that customers were instructed to crawl through was removed aprox. 4 years ago. This is no longer part of the show. Also, if there is an "obstacle" that a customer is incapable of partaking in, there are bypasses that an actor can instruct you through. And typically your group will enter alone, however if a group in front of you is moving slowly or the group behind you is moving quickly, there is potential your group could end up combined with another group or passing another one.
Theres usually hay
It was definitely cheaper & much quicker (busy night, about 40 minute wait) to get the tickets online. I would be remiss if I didn't mention these folks take there job's very seriously so if the kiddo is easily frightened it'll be tough. One of the best haunted house experiences I've had, we all had a blast.
I do not know for sure it is probably ok suggest looking one there site on line
Do not know "maybe"
Just a name. It's all one floor, with some small inclines and descents.
U can do both, it's wats more convenient for u
There is an area you might have trouble with but they have bypass for those areas
No it's only open in October to November
Bet if your still down
This is a public forum for Google guides to answer questions, so it may be better to continue contacting them however you have been
I'm pretty sure there's no age requirement, you might have to be a certain age to go alone not sure
You can buy them online there or at Costco
You have one hour block from the time you are scheduled so if you're scheduled at 7 you can arrive from 7 to 7:59
You can buy the tickets on their website. It'll cut the time in half so you don't have to wait in the ticket line
Yes they are open today, usually they are closed on Mondays but being the night before Halloween they are open. I hope you get to go because that place is AWESOME!
Should have been an hour. We were in there for an hour
You can. Try it
You can go later or earlier. You'll be in line, believe me. We bought fast pass, and went Friday the 13th, we were on line for an hour. Those without fast pass were in line at least 3 hours, if not more
About $30 for general admission. You can pay more to skip the line however
It really depends on hiw fast or sloebyou walk thru the haunted house. There are teo attractions there. So I'd say all together ( just my opinion not fact) maybe 30 mins or less. Though like i said the experience and the time differ depending on you ansnyour group. If you want a better experience, buy your tickets online and print them out. Then arrive about 40 mins before they open so you don't have to wait to long in line.
Depends on the day, I went on a Friday and waited 30min.
You can just show up i believe they dont really have a limited number of people who can go through
3 hours
It can get quite gruesome at times so I would not take anybody younger than 12 but I believe if they are with a parent, they are allowed in
While I would say all ages are welcome, this location isn't too heavy on the gore, there are some solid jump scares that might startle a kid; but that's half the fun.
Of course not...
