Do not send your children here. They will put your kids through unnecessary pain. Charge your insurance to fill ghost cavities. Also try and pull baby teeth that going to fall out. Save your child the pain and unnecessary procedures.

Doctor explained the risks on anesthesia and the possibility of an adverse reaction, problems breathing, and possibility of not waking up in front of an 8 year old patient who was already crying. When she heard this, she started sobbing and screaming uncontrollably. All staff had no compassion towards a scared child and didnt take into consideration her previous traumas.

Needs organizational and staff members that actually want to work and have great customer service. When I got to my appointment I waited for 10 mins nobody was sitting in the front. The phone ringing off the hook. A line of other customers behind me waiting too. A staff member looked straight at us and kept on walking. Same thing happened when I had to leave and they made Me wait and sit down to make an appointment. Their was a staff member just sitting their on her phone and after 10 mins I asked her I could just leave and call to make appointment. And she laughed thinking that I was just waiting to get called. The doctor who attended us was very monotone and had no bedside manner at all.

They take adults as well but I wouldn't recommend this place..I recommend another dentist.. This place is a joke..
They barely answer the phones or have any appointments unless your willing to wait a month..even with emergency dental work needed they make you wait a week they tell you that you could walk on in but the just examine you then tell you have to wait a week or two for treatment woth no meds. Wouldn't recommend.
