Great Library. We were having a hard time finding the Star Wars collection because their catalog was showing books across all locations. The librarian on the 2nd floor was kind and showed us all 3 sections where we could find Star Wars, Readers, Graphics & Novels. One of the books and a big tear in it and my son insisted it be taped before we checked it out. He politely asked the librarian to tape the page so we could check the book out and he did without hassle. Before we left my son drew a jack o lantern for them to add to their pumpkin patch on the wall. Great visit, kind staff & large selection.

Hi Dwight, you can go to our website, www.chandlerlibrary.org and then click or hover over the tab, "Using the Library." You can reserve a study room at our Downtown, Sunset, or Basha locations. If you wanted to rent a meeting room, there is also a link for that under this tab. Hope this information helps and thanks for contacting us!

Hi Breanna, yes, we have storytimes for ages 0-5. Our Lapsit storytime would be the program you'd want to check out for you and your daughter. Info and schedules can be found on our 0-5 page at www.chandlerlibrary.org/age-0-5. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Cloud library is really easy to use, most of the time they can get suggested books. I love it. No more running to the library to return books, no more late fees.
Hi Chelsea, our drive up book return is located on the east side of our building, off Delaware Street.
Hi Kimberlie, please call 480-782-2800 to explain the situation and you will be connected with the library location you where you left the USB drive.
Yes, we do accept used books! To find out what we do and don't accept, go to www.chandlerlibrary.org/focpl-used-books. Thank you for thinking of us!
Thanks for contacting us. According to the City of Chandler parking information (we don't manage any of the garages near us), the two structures near the Downtown Library offer parking after 5 p.m. during the week and all day on weekends. You can also park in any of our lots and there is no gate on them. For more information on City parking, go to www.chandleraz.gov/explore/downtown-chandler/parking .
No. They open only for pranksters today. Jk! April Fools!! Haha... Yes they open.
Yes, Miles is correct. For tax forms, you'll need to print them off the federal and state websites. We've put together all that information for you, and more at www.chandlerlibrary.org/research-taxes.
Adobe Reader in preinstalled to the browser.
Hi Maureen, thank you for for your question regarding guest passes at the Chandler Downtown Library. Our policy says that a computer guest pass can be purchased for two dollars, and it is valid for the entire day. Staff may periodically waive the guest pass fee due to extenuating circumstances. Maricopa County residents can obtain a library card free of charge, which would grant immediate access to all library computers as well as a variety of other resources. If you would like to get a card, please stop by the Library information desk with a photo ID and proof of address. If you have any other questions, please call 480-782-2800 to speak with a Library staff member.
