Depends on what pills. Most are medical grade and require prior approval from one of the doctors.

Depends on the program, but for RM3 weight loss you go in 1x/week to get shot, but only see doc 1x/month. If you want to see the doc more often they will charge you extra. The technicians are very responsive, however and you can call them with questions.
