No appointment is required but would be a good idea depending on the service you want/need done since it's a very popular salon with awesome service so usually very busy. Hours and days open Friday 9AM–5PM Saturday closed Sunday10AM–4PM Monday Closed Tuesday 9AM–7PM Wednesday 9AM–7PM Thursday 9AM–7PM

You get them done every two months. Towards the end you lashes start going back but then it's time to get them done again. I would reccomend tinting them too!
