Great staff in this place. They really try and accommodate the needs of the students at this location. I would never recommend a return trip... but that is due to Stevens Transport, not the hotel itself. All in all, it's a good temporary place for while you are going thru the school.

I used to drive for a trucking company that uses this location and I stayed here plenty during my time. When I was last there, they were building a game/entertainment room in the cafeteria. They served fresh cooked breakfast and dinner. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Prices were fair. The trucking company has certain rules that this location must follow in order to keep their business. For instance: No soap, 2 people per room, room swaps etc. The front desk was always as accommodating as they could be, I never had any issues here. And would stay here on my own dime if I'm ever in the area.

The staff are understanding patient kind. The rooms are always clean. You have everything you need here. They serve you breakfast every morning every day. If you have a complaint they address it immediately. Most of their rooms have new mattresses. If you are not happy with what you're sleeping on they will do everything they can to accommodate this. My stay here was comfortable and quiet. Anything that I needed was accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean and comfy everything here is perfect for an overnight stay. It’s just room service they have no respect for people’s privacy they knock once and barge on in and this happened multiple times during my stay.My wife was in the shower and didn’t hear room service knocking and the lady was just staying in the door way to ask if we needed linen.The very next day I left the door cracked open just enough to let air in but not enough for someone to look in. And she pushed the door open didn’t knock or anything.
