Excellent customer service. As a first time wheelchair purchaser, even though I did extensive research, I was a bit concerned that I may make some mistakes in some of the spec's. Hoping that I got everything right, I placed an order for a Quickie Nitrum. After placing my order, it was reviewed and I then received a phone call to completely walk through my options and measurements. Joshua was very experienced and thorough. He eased my worries and gave me complete confidence in my purchase by going over my measurements and options choices, making slight adjustments where necessary. Thanks Joshua! I ordered a new rigid manual wheelchair. I was concerned my measurements were correct but ordered. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call to ensure measurements were correct. They not only helped me determine if I had them correct, they compared my previous chair I am replacing with the new one. They helped take all the guessing out of the process before charging me. Definitely a happy customer.
