Excellent service. I needed a ride from the airport to Peoria, luckily for me they were able to do it on short notice. Communication was great - they monitored the arrival info on my flight and texted me with easy to follow instructions on finding their van outside baggage claim. Our driver was professional and has a great personality. It was a shared ride done so efficiently it didn't add much time even though I was the 4th to be dropped off. Thank you Sun City Express.

This would have been my second time using the service. First time great, but not this time. False advertising on website says 24/7. My flight had a diversion due to PHX storms on Sat, July 16 and I was left a voice message to find other arrangements after I was already informed they would still be available when I called. I'm to call on Monday for a refund well a refund should have been made at the time of their voice-mail to me. I will be calling on Monday for my full refund!

Excellent service to and from Sky Harbor. I had a 5 AM flight and was picked up at 2AM. Very nice drive to the airport at that time. Upon my return home I was heading to baggage claim received a call that the van was already waiting. Got my suitcase headed out the door and was home about 1 hour after landing, the 2 other passengers were dropped of before me.
