Positives: Doctor was professional and kind. He performed his work flawlessly. Check in and check out is always easy here. Everything is organized. Negatives: #1 I could see the office staff hiding from me in the back when I arrived. #2 The cost for the visit and procedure performed was 48.2% higher than a fair visit with the same coding according to fairhealthconsumer.org. (Around $282 higher).

We had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Sepich MD. My mother whom suffers from Alzheimer's had fallen and we received a referral to see Dr. Sepich. The morning of her appt. his office called and cancelled stating that he had emergency surgery. It was very upsetting because my mother is in pain with her hip. We had to take the day off work and do a Covid test just to get her to see him. We called after they cancelled to ask if my mother could see another Dr. at Banner and was told that Dr. Sepich called in sick and all the other Dr.'s were on vacation. First they said emergency surgery they changed it to him being sick, what is the truth? No other doctor in the office to cover, seems very shady. We are very upset and my mother whom was very mobile now cannot walk because of her fall. NO ONE seems to care about the elderly.

Right hip replacement was very quick and I was walking without assistance in 3 WEEKS. The pain I experienced prior to surgery was 3 times worse than the recovery. Fantastic job!
