I Am 68 yr old male, with experience with Drs as a patient and as a sales rep in the medical profession. This is the worst front office I have ever been involved with as a patient. Totally incompetent. I had an appt for 3 weeks and then they cancelled my appt. 5 hours prior to that appt. For a minor clerical error, On their Part! Can you imagine yourself having an appt for your Heart and then they cancel! Go elsewhere..... Please

Staff is very friendly and the place is really clean and nicely located. Here is the down side. Took me awhile to get in “expected”. Went in for initial appointment for having chest pains. They scheduled me 3 appointments. 1 for a stress test, 1 for an X-ray of my chest and the last to go over results. Really? You can’t knock out the first two appointments in one day? I can’t just up and take 3 days off from work on a dime. Went to the stress test and that went well. Called yesterday to reschedule my appointment that was the next day “due to Covid” and they wanted to charge me a $50 rescheduling fee. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? I told them to cancel all my remaining appointments and would find another establishment. I just get the feeling this place is a tad money hungry.
