Me and my family have been working with this program for some years now for my little brother; since the beginning of this week, I honestly have to admit that the staff and my brother case manager are very rude for no reason. After the conversation with the front desk-staff and the case manager I felt a little shaky, I need more answer because I don’t feel my brother is safe around people with rudeness and lack of people skills.

You’d be better off just begging the local pharmacist on hands and knees than dealing with this company. Absolutely terrible place. Would rate lower and report to the state. They do NOT care about patients or mental health nor do they follow statewide mandates on the services they are supposed to provide. The case managers here have been rude, nasty, cold and very uninviting . Multiple times have driven down to find out case managers have quit or called off and I was not notified before spending time and had to get there . Been out of medication for almost 2 months due to their lackluster performance, planning and execution. I HIGHLY recommend you get your documents from them and search elsewhere. These people are CROOKS and this company is a JOKE. Report! Report! Report!

Antanate has gone far and beyond for my son's medical. Son has been in out of hospitals7 times in a few months. I continue to mention his medicine was incorrect. Antanate took his case in February 2022 and was the only one that listened to me . That my son be put back on medication he was previously taking for 3 years.He has been stable for 2 weeks. Yesterday I called Antanate @ 8 am my son needed a refill on medication by 11 am pharmacy delivery is medication. I am very grateful that Antanate is his counselor took his case in February 2022 and she has made a difference in his progress. Thank you

It gets worse see they get paid making you fat along with all the medical issues related to being over weight because of drug they prescribe now they get paid for treating the same issues thier doctors caused again a comple circles who pays TAXPAYER mercy care who owns most of real estate. And buildings that all doctors are in Trinity and who owns ALL the transportation to take clients to doctors Trinity who pays MercyCareAz or taxpayer then they claim nonprofit LMAO all the money CVS donates to TRINITY trough grocery stores Kroger dollars store Aldi Walmart. Then they write off THIER taxes whose money THE AMERICAN TAXPAYERS Who owns a lot of churches TRINITY WHY DOES THAT NAME KEEPS POPPING UP WHO. DONATE ALL LEFT OVER FOOD AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES FEMA WHO PAYS AMERICAN TAXPAYERS THEN. THEY GO TO ALL THE LOCAL CASINOS AND SPEND GOD'S MONEY LAMO WHAT ABOUT ALL THE RESTAURANTS WHO REALLY OWNS THEM GOD OR THE HARD WORKING TAXPAYER IT DOESN'T STOP THERE LAMO now I bet they wish they would of
