Started off with a miss communication with the office manager, Brian. The owner Steve, then reached out right after the situation to take the proper steps to fix the communication breakdown. Steve really cares about his business and helping patients. Brian the office manager was kind and helpful throughout the process. Doctors where kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about medical marijuana and the certification process for the state. Bonus - they had amazing music videos playing in waiting area. This was my first time getting my medical card and it was not a pleasant experience. I had called over the phone to confirm the in office price which they said was $150. When I got to the office the day of the appointment everything went well. Doctors were very nice but when the office manager took my money he stated it was $150. I then looked at the receipt after I got home which stated my office visit was $100. I called the office to confirm the discrepancy and the woman I spoke to was very rude and stated this couldn't have happened. Then I spoke to the owner who stated I was trying to swindle money out of him. Once he placed me on hold and spoke to the office manager he realized I was overcharged $50. They had no reasoning to why they took a hundred fifty and charged me 100 on the receipt. I inevitably got the money back but it was a very negative experience. Would not recommend. ***UPDATE***The owner of the company has since contacted me by phone after my review. I have also read the response to my review. The office staff nor the owner took me seriously when I initially called about the discrepancy on my receipt. I was made fun of and belittled. It wasn't until I called a third time seeking a corrected receipt or an actual reason to why I was charged 150 but on the receipt only shows 100. Also they did not send me any of the state information to file for my card. I understand the office eventually gave me my $50 back but if I never called or noticed the incorrect amount on my receipt I would have never gotten that promotion. It seemed as though the owner of the company was more worried about a bad review and not the fact that I was horribly mistreated by their staff. When they could have just listened to me initially and not made this a negative experience. My one star reflects that. I wish the office manager and whomever owns the company all the best and I hope this mistreatment and belittlement doesn't happen to another patient.
