My dad was originally sent to chandler post acute rehab which was awful and needs to be shut down. I reached out to Karen at Archstone to get him transferred and she was wonderful. She got him transferred quickly and communication was top notch. The experience we had with archstone was exceptional. The place is clean and staff is attentive. Nursing and therapists were top notch. I highly recommend archstone care center and wanted to thank the entire staff for everything they did to help aid my dad in his recovery!!

My mother has had 2 stays at this facility (both on shirt stay). I am writing this review averaging both stays. The staff and facility are pretty good. Communication i will rate as 5 ⭐️ as they will communicate with you as soon as they can and always answer your questions. 4 ⭐️ for the facility, looks cozy but still has a vibe of hospital but that’s normal. My mother rates the physical therapy as 5 ⭐️. However, she checked in negative Covid, and right before discharge she tested positive and was quarantined. I would have no hesitation to admit my mom at Archstone if she would need to go again in the future. They are good people and try hard. That’s what makes the difference from other facilities. A thank you to Karen, Carlee and Robert. They go above and beyond. Thank you and I hope this review helps you make a decision.
