Two billing cycles. BUT I'm at my 2nd cycle and still nothing after approval. I'm worried so I'm calling again tomorrow for a human to answer.

Honestly you just have to keep calling until someone does answer and trust me they will. I didn't get thru until 11 am and another person didn't get thru until 1pm . I was told by one of the representatives at the water co. Not to give up because so many people do give up within an hour of calling and that Travis L. WILLIAMS has so much funding to give out to the Phoenix residents but not to many people call. The representative was told this by an actual case worker from Travis L. Williams . I was helped by them with all my utilitues. I was so happy and relieved. I hope this helps .

I don't know about Travis William help you get an apartment.... They only hope to pay your water bill electricity and your gas bill. Right now no one can't go to Travis William because of covid-19 you have to call to make an appointment that's about it. If you want someone to help you you have to go to Section 8 they help people to get homes or apartments for Section 8.

Have you tried any churches? If your LDS talk to the Bishop. Maybe Salvation Army also. If you Google your search there's lots of options that might work for you. I wish you the best.
