purchased a home Feb 21 and called for a termite inspection...with Covid i guess the sales guy needed a paycheck fast so he gave me a treatment worth $1400 for $1200 and said it was a no tent guarantee. I had them out 2 more times for the same thing and then was told by a tech I needed to tent the home....I got sick and over the next 6 months was trying to get well and couldn't pay the yearly contract as i had many medical bills to deal with.... I was told they wouldn't help me with a discount on tenting because I missed my contract payment by 3 months...the sales guy Keith came out and used every excuse to not help me like i keep my house to clean so he can't see droppings lol. I left a message for the manager and got no call back.......STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTIST...

For a few months we had been having persistent issues that required repeated service visits by our Technician. But we are very happy to report that they were resolved! So we would like to thank the office Scheduler; because every time I called requesting another service visit, she emphathetically gave attention to my concerns, and readily scheduled the Technician to come out. And surprisingly, I always got a prompt appointment! Also, our Technician - always listened to our concerns. He was patient, and approached our issues persistentantly, professionally and with skill. And he never made me feel that we were a bother. Instead he even gave us helpful suggestions of things we could do...or stop doing that would also help minimize our issues; in addition to his services. He’s a really nice Man. And about a month ago, when providing another requested inside service, the last thing he said was “Don’t worry we’re going to get this issue resolved!” And He was right!! We are very satisfied & comfortable again now, in our home. Years ago, we had a service contract with a different Pest Control Company, but we were never satisfied with their service. However, after quite a few years with you-now we have several different contractual services with you. And we have been satisfied with your personnel, as well as your services in every forum! Thank you for all you do! And many many thanks to our Technician!!!

I had a problem with pests in my new home and called Truly Nolen. They came out immediately to survey my property. I was reluctant and even though neighbors tried talking me out of getting a company to help instead of taking care of my problem myself, I hired them to do the job. Matt from Truly Nolen has been like an angel on earth for me. He knew what to do and I no longer have a problem. Matt is honest, friendly, professional and always on time.
