Wait time again over 2 hrs with schedule appt. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Back office disgusting and dirty. Beds haven ben cleaned. Restroom also dis Just overall terrible experience. gusting. PAPER charts everywhere.

Still operating on paper based records system which leads to clinical errors and informational delays, which is unacceptable in present day clinics. Even though the nurse practitioner used a pocket sized medication reference book, I was still given a classification of meds I was allergic too. Admin staff isn't well trained, tend to be disoriented, and being hung up on or just being sent to voicemail isn't uncommon. Driving an extra 15 minutes for the next closest PCP is a small price to pay. I regret trying to switch.

I have been with Dr Stark for over a decade and have been served well. Recently, however, the quality of service has dropped off the map. The attending physician is wonderful but the rest of the personnel seems to be preoccupied with billing and gossip. So much so that after a week and a half of phone calls and personally checking, my prescriptions are still nowhere to be found and I've spent countless minutes on hold when I can get through. Where oh where are you Larry? We need you. Thomas Russell

Done with the staff, done with the office. I average 3-4 calls (with at least 10 minutes in between) before getting an answer. Anne, who works the front, is a drama-loving and condescending woman. The staff have messed up sending my test off (so it took over two weeks to get results) and now most recently, never getting back to me on the results (they had been in for at least 3 days per the portal online) before taking off work today. My health isn't the concern here, only how fast I can leave seems to be it. It's a shame cause Larry is phenomenal, but the place has really lost it's touch without Jackie. Just isn't the same anymore and I gotta find a new doctor now that can at the minimum call me with my results. I'm left literally scrambling for treatment before the day is up.
