Checkin/check out was quick and efficient. The woman working the desk was friendly. The room was clean and spacious although the mattress wasn’t great (kinda stiff) and the pool wasn’t open in July in Texas when it was 102 degrees out which was really unfortunate. Overall it was a good experience

Positive: Staff was very nice and room was clean. Bed was good. Negative: The AC was so loud and the hotel is so close to the highway that you can hear all the traffic. Takes awhile to get used to.

Overall I liked my stay with the hotel. The pillows were awesome! The staff was friendly. However, I was not told that the room would not be cleaned and tidied up until I checked out: I was there for 4 days and 3 nights. My TV remote control was not working, I voiced my concern and was assured it was going to be taken care of, but in the end, it was not fixed.
