Sent a Facebook message asking about their price for a full foil bleach as I want to rebleach my hair. I was told thru messenger that it was 150 plus cut. Doable so I wanted a consult with the stylist. When I get there desk service was good and only had to wait a few minutes. Talked to the Stylist and told her what I wanted and she was like "oh I'm sorry we charge hourly for what you want the gal misunderstood you." Which is what I figured as this isn't my first rodeo getting my hair done. 2 stars cuz staff isnt well trained and i wasted an hour drive. The Stylist rates were 75 an hour....too pricey. Here is the exact convo of what i asked. "Good Evening, I saw online that you charge 150+ for a full foil and 50 for a cut. My question is do you have an additional charge, for example hourly rate? I now most salonist charge like 75 or 100 an hr for their services, so I am just double checking that for a Full Foil and Cut it could possibly be $200. I'm looking to get my hair cut down to my shoulders and then rebleach my hair as I usually dye my hair pink. Thank you." Their reply "Hi, Sorry just now seeing this. We don’t go by length of time. A full foil is usually always 150 (the toner is already in that price so no extra for that). We also discount the cut with a color to $35 (instead of $50). The only time anything is added is it someone wants a root smudge or has such thick/long hair that extra product is used."
