Will not be renewing my lease just because of the attitude and unprofessional in the office ESPECIALLY FROM JASMINE. They never answer the phone and when you do go up to the office the second you walk in they’re looking at you with a dirty stare and don’t even say welcome. I definitely wouldn’t recommend living here just because of the way the management office handles things. Not to mention at least 15 buildings have been without power and hot water since Sept 19th- Sept 26th. And a response to your Reply it is not just 1 building it is multiple buildings without hot water and power since sept 19th.

Do NOT pay for an “upgraded unit”. Make sure you walkthrough your apartment before you sign the lease. I made that mistake. They didn’t have any ready so I had to go by the photos the leasing office showed me. It’s all a lie. I paid for the most expensive 2 bedroom because it was the biggest and the remodeled one. It’s not. It was not even remodeled. They refuse to do anything about it now. They said one day they will get around to it. Oh and the ac? If you have issues and it’s hot as hell. Don’t even bother. They won’t show up. Even though I have an “emergency work order” I had that opened September 13th. It’s not September 25th. And that’s an emergency work order for a hot apartment. Imagine a non emergency one. See photos below for the expensive “upgraded one”

These apartments are highly inconvenient to visit i can’t imagine living here. visitor parking is too far they need to have a couple of visitor spots per building or something, the complex is too big to have visitor parking all the way in the back and off to the sides.
