Why is the utility bill crazy expensive over here? $304 a month I've always paid nothing above 130 on my utilities

I live in the Mosaic too but I have Ambit Energy i haven't paid more than $60. What I can't get rid off is the roaches. 6 months having them coming to disinfect the apartment and the next day they're all over like they don't care and I don't know what to do because it is not healthy to leave in this condition. At the office they seem like they don't care either.

Mostly likely the heat outside, a/c run harder, but it could be that the units need a little maintenance, unplug appliances that are not in use
