Stopped by looking to rent and their apartments are so spacious and adfordable! Alejandra was very helpful, she made sure we were taken care of, from popcorn and refreshments when you walk in, to applying for an apartment we fell in love with! Definitely recommend to lease here!

My husband and I have lived here for a little over 3 years. I was a little hesitant at first because it is an older complex and the rent is so affordable, it just seemed too good to be true. But I can honestly say that I have not been anything less then pleased about living here. Luckily we have only had a couple instances where we needed to contact maintenance and they ALWAYS responded the same day or if it was an emergency, as our AC going out recently, they responded within the hour and we were given a window unit until the part needed was in. The ac was fixed within 2 days I believe. There was a time when roaches became an issue but that was after our upstairs neighbor moved in. The property is older, what do you expect? It's not always a maintenance issue, give them a call, they can send out pest control. But honestly, we just took care of the issue ourselves. And since, we have not had any problem. Luckily we're near the office pool so it's always kept up clean on the grounds, unless the little boy upstairs was throwing trash down stairs, but that again is not an issue with the complex, that's a parent not watching their child. We have had no issues with parking, but right after we moved in, we paid for assigned parking because anywhere you go these days, there is parking issues because tenants have multiple cars and you may never find a spot after 4pm. The rent is so affordable, so why not pay for an assigned parking? At least you can come and go at any time and still have your space. Although there could be more visitor parking, you have to remember that the 290 expansion took off part of the complex, I can imagine that took out a good chunk of parking as well. You can't complaint too much with the office staff, the tenants park their vehicles there, and never move their cars, otherwise our visitors would have a place to park. I can't speak on security for the entire complex but the security guard now is always walking the grounds, the complex is quiet at night and I feel safe. We are actually going to upgrade to a bigger unit as soon as were are able to, we are very pleased with Creekwood and plan to stay here another year or two until we purchase our own home. The office staff has always been good to us, personally I have never gotten racist vibes from anyone, as other reviews have stated. Yes, the complex has a large majority of hispanic families and office staff, but we have never been treated differently due to race. Give the complex a try if you're looking for a nice place to call home, without paying as much as owning your own home. So many restaurants and shopping near by.
