The grounds are kept up daily. Management handles maintenance requests within 24 hours. This is a nice and quiet place to live. There was no thought put into parking. If you have an apartment that's on the end be prepared to be blocked in your garage. I was late for work many times because people block my garage Management will not recognize the issue bc they live on site and no one blocks them. I have reported to them time and time again with no resolution. I moved after 2 years.

Yes! But you would never know unless you asked. The reason I say this is because there is a certain stereotype and vibe that sec 8 properties can unintentionally radiate. However, residents here are quiet family oriented people who work everyday. The office staff are extremly professional and they operate the property as if it were their own. No loud music, no crime, community activities, great maintenance staff...This is what residents dream of. I love it here! I dont plan to move unless I hit the Jackpot! Lol. Unfortunately, because of the great community, there is quite a long waiting list because no one wants to move once they get here. I was on the waiting list for almost 1 year and it was worth the wait. But don't be discouraged get on that waiting list anyway asap. It wont hurt to do so. Lots of luck! God bless.

No, I've never had section 8. It's really all about timing here. I happened to come in when there was a vacancy and was told there is a long waiting list but I was called a few days later to be told the apartment was mine.
