The food and service is always great. Last night in particular, my pizza was delivered incorrect.( which I take some blame for because I could have been more clear that I wanted no tomatoes AND no tomato sauce) I called and they were so nice and accommodating and rushed a new pizza to my home. It was hot and delicious. I am very impressed how they care so much to make every customer have a great meal and experience.

The pizza was ok, server was good. The place smelled terrible like a grease trap had not been cleaned in a very long time.

Let me start with we love J&S Pizza's food. I pick up family meals, subs, strombolis and pizzas on the way home regularly. I even get J&S for my office in downtown FV when we work late. This was our go to place. However, I have never had a good delivery experience. I ordered over $75 worth of pizza tonight. Knowing it is Saturday, I called early at 4:45 pm and was told the pizza would be delivery in about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Great, about what I expected for a Saturday night. 2 hours later my $75 of cold pizzas showed up. It's one thing to be late, its another to be late and COLD. Unfortunately, it will be a while before we try J&S again. So sad. We really love the food and want to support this local small business.
