Stay away from Outlander in Nolensville Tn.. all I will say is NASTY!!! I found a bug in my sweet tea took the critter on my straw to the hostess and her comment was we clean the machine every day. Never offered to get the manager, never offered to refund just the cost of the tea!!! I did not want a refund for our dinner...poor customer service...! 😒 Chicken over cooked, I can over look crispy chicken because I like crispy food. Stay away!

Outlanders is some of the best fried chicken in the state of Tennessee, I would put it on the same level as Hattie B’s. I live near by and I come here often. The owner Brian is extremely nice and welcoming as well as the rest of the staff. The vibe is great, staff is friendly, and the food is amazing! (Little tip: Order the Fried Mac & cheese Balls, you’ll thank me later!)
