A positive customer experience is key to repeat business based on my last visit Floor Decor is no longer my go to store. While trying to locate a transition strip in the tile area the only store rep in the department was less than helpful. When asked about basic things like size and width his only answers where, "This is all we have". After several minutes he just wandered off giving zero help. I did find what I needed after starting at one end and working to the end. All told spent far to much time looking for the strip I needed. In previous visits found the staff to be knowledge and efficient since this was not the case I really don't care to have a repeat of this last visit. Finally prices appear to have gone way to high.

Davionne was the young man who helped me today! He listened and answered all my questions. He didn’t stop there but helped put it in my car trunk. I have been here before at this location and no one offered help for me to put my tile in the trunk. I am 70 yrs old and he needs to know he made my day! Thanks Davionne your an asset to floor and decor!! Sorry if I spelt your name wrong!
