So helpful so kind so professional wow!! I love Metro self storage! I was needing a second storage unit for my business and of course in my time of need, Metro had one! The manager got me all set up and out the door within about 5 MINS…I was urgently in a hurry to get somewhere with the u haul trailer and she didn’t even miss a beat. She stayed with me out by my unit and drove back to the office quickly to help me work out the best option for my immediate need! If not for her, I might’ve lost a three pallet donation from a very large business nearby! She stayed with me and so did her smile 😃 I just love this place! They treat you like one of the family.

Suzanne deserves all the credit here. Sure, the facilities and those who maintain them met our expectations. But these are storage facilities, and if they didn't, it would have been a disaster. Suzanne's first rate personality is what deserves the credit, because I would otherwise not be spending the time writing praise for storage units. Of all the business people that I've dealt with during this stressful move, suzanne was the most honest and genuine.
