Lived here for 2 years before moving out. It was good at first but when you start seeing how Management works in the god-awful moving out process and how much they charge even though I told them everything ahead of time was awful. My time being there they changed management twice and it was still garbage. It was worse when I left and I moved out 2021 of December. The apartment itself was great I had no issues with the apartment but everything’s around in the apartment was garbage.Management also only response to good comments didn’t respond to the Bad ones

**Strongly advise everyone to stay away from these apartments.** I recently applied to be a guarantor for a family member, I met all of their requirements so I initially expected no issue with the approval. The next day my family member received a phone call saying that she still had not been approved for the apartment and told her she needed someone to meet the income requirements which brought on confusion because I knew for a fact that I met everything necessary. The next day I took matters into my own hands to figure out the issue so I made a phone call. I asked about the income requirements to the assistant manager before bringing up my situation. After asking about my situation the person I spoke with tone completely switched from friendly to rude and told me that they didn't even look at my paystubs or process the application because I work as a commissioned sales rep. I have never had any other issue with renting higher-end apartments or even purchasing a home. They said that they decided "to not waste any time" with our interests in the apartment although I exceeded their requirements financially and even my work guarantee alone would have met their requirements. Completely rude assistant manager. We will take our business elsewhere. We definitely should have taken the advice of other reviewers!

They will scam you for money at the end of your lease for anything they are trying to keep our whole deposit and charge a fee of $1200 for “breach of contract” (nothing wrong with our apartment at all). Good luck keeping your car from being broken into as they do not care for you or your possessions. They will also enter your apartment any time they feel necessary. Would not recommend to anyone, but you do you.
