I’ve been living in these apartments for a year now, never had any issues until THE LEASING OFFICE ACCUSED ME OF THROWING OIL IN THEIR HALL WAY. I called to explain to them that I didn’t do such thing. I didn’t or don’t have a reason too. They are still making me pay $100 for damages I DID NOT DO. I leave trash in front of my door because I live on the third floor and their trash cans are extremely far from where I live so yes there is a stain in front of my door, WHICH I HAVE CLEANED UP. oh it was YOU WHO DID IT since there is a stain. I actually liked the apartments until now. Glad I’m moving out!

I love being apart of the Gateway Oaks community. The apartment is really nice and quiet. The people in the office are super nice and easy to work with. I've lived in several apartment complexes across the MetroPlex and these are top of the line in comparison. There is a bunch of storage space, a walk in closet and even a pantry. You have 24 hour access to they gym and they are pet friendly. Everything anyone could ask for in an apartment.
