By far the worst Branch. Should have went with the rating before choosing this branch to take care of my notary. I have appointment for a notary at a specific time, made me wait over 1/2 hr (no one was in the lobby when I had arrived 15mins early) and still did not assist then what's worst, the manager and staff did not honor my appointment because I was upset due to them not taking care of me on a timely manner. Poor customer service!! I will report this branch and never come back!! I might even change banks! BofA is losing their customer service quality. The main person was the guy who stood at the door (he's maybe the manager, is HORRIBLE) and the lady who think was doing a good deed when finally decided to step in to notarized but as of no used because of her job ego!! I would give a 0 star if there was an option.

Expect 30 minutes delays for simple transaction. I been at this branch a couple of times, they act so slow regardless of the number of customers in a line. Hope they will close this branch one day.

Horrible experience. Came first thing this morning. They have only one teller helping while a few employees just standing around. There are over 20 people in line. If short staffed then y’all need to fix asap.
