I cannot thank Joe and the technicians at Walmart Auto Care Center enough for their outstanding customer service. I was in a tough situation by getting a flat tire and had to drive 150 miles to catch a flight out of Newark airport the same day. I immediately panicked when I saw the long line. Joe reassured me that the tire would be quickly installed. I was so relieved when the new tire was properly installed after just 45 minutes. The tire drove really well and I was able to catch my flight. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am very grateful for Joe's empathy, kindness and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Thank you to Joe and the technicians at Walmart Auto Care Center Rio Grande!

Came here on Thursday 08/25 for an oil change and tire rotation and they quoted me a two hour wait. I asked the service agent if they did appointments and he said yes, so I booked one for Friday 08/26 at 11 AM. I came in at the appointment time and the service agent expressed surprised and said they don’t normally schedule appointments. He asked me how I did it and I told him. He said it would be a two-hour wait and I left. Big waste of my time. I had good experiences here in the past, but not coming back again.
